Local Outreach Activities

BeYond Work| Co- Working space

Purpose

Ministry outreach to the local community with a welcoming and affordable co- working space

The BeYond Work is a co- working space established in June 2024, is a safe space to blend productivity with fellowship.

Do you work from home? Gather with other remote workers for fellowship and gospel encouragement during your workday. This is also a great opportunity to invite your colleagues to show them Christlike hospitality and connect them with our church family. We meet in the Ford Hall (2nd Fl.).

Prayer Walk

Purpose

To distribute door-hangers, inviting our neighbors to join us for our Sunday worship services

We split into smaller groups to walk into the different neighborhoods around our building to place door hangers and hand out invite cards to our worship service on Sunday. Along the way, we'll engage in fellowship and perhaps even lift our voices in song

Winter CARE Packages

Purpose

Our church to come together to support the unhoused neighbors and those in need of essentials to endure Boston’s wicked weather.

Here’s how you can help:
1. Decide one or two items from the list below.
2. Bring at least 10 of each item to your CG before January 22.

**Items Needed (in order of importance):**
- Gallon-size plastic bags
- Gloves
- Socks
- Hats
- Heat packs
- Water bottles
- Soft granola bars
- Crackers with peanut butter or cheese
- Toothbrush & toothpaste
- Chapstick
- Hand wipes
- Notes of encouragement or Bible verses

Once the bags are ready, you’ll be able to grab a bag. You may then have the bag in your school or work bags or vehicles and share these resources as you encounter anyone in need. Let’s love our local neighbors in a practical way this winter!
